The HPxD sales are filled with floor samples, returns, overstock, one-of-a-kinds, prototypes, and some “scratch and dent.”

Some things to note:

• Sales take place in showrooms and warehouses across High Point. Hours will vary. A good number of sales are open through Saturday. Please check for each brand.
• Most participating brands want purchases to be picked up same day and/or up to two weeks of purchase. Think “Cash & Carry.”
• All sales are final and items are sold “as is.”
• There may be people that can help with wrap and load, but often it is up to you the buyer, to wrap (bring blankets and bubble) and load yourself or hire a mover or transport and logistic company, such as Ampac Forwarding, to pick up your goods around town and deliver them to your destination. Some furniture companies can help you arrange transport of large items.
  There are several events also happening that week Tuesday thru Saturday:
  • Beyond Booked: a fast-paced half-day of absorbing great info from vacation rental design and marketing experts.
  • Summer Social: sponsored by the family at 515 West English: HPxD, Visit High Point, Downtown High Point and Splashworks.
  • Own Your Narrative workshop: Ericka Saurit and Dawn Brinson dispense their marketing savvy in this intimate hands-on branding workshop.
  • Golden Hour gathering at 313 Space: welcome the weekend at one of the most transformative places in High Point
  • Concert at Cohab: if you haven’t yet been to a music event at this complex, it’s time to experience it.
  • Savor High Point: an international food festival happening in the center of the design district.
