Thirty years ago, an antique dealer named Theo Eichholtz founded his eponymous luxury home furnishings brand in the Netherlands. Then in 2019, he and his team traversed the Atlantic and established Eichholtz USA in one of High Point’s most architecturally exquisite flagships.
The 21,500 square-foot two-story showroom is accessible daily and appointments are preferred. With its well-appointed room scenes, lighting gallery, and exterior lounge showcasing the brand’s outdoor furniture collection, this uber-stylish realm is the best way to experience the world of Eichholtz.
Also in North Carolina is the company’s Greensboro warehouse, where 900 styles are in-stock with over 70% of items ready to quick-ship. Eichholtz keeps stock levels high because they have made this investment a priority and because of their curated offerings.
Serving residential and commercial designers, Eichholtz offers its products – all of which are designed in-house with materials hand-selected by Theo and creative director Edwin van der Gun – in one or two finish options and a maximum of four fabric choices for upholstery. For commercial projects, customization is available with a 25-piece per SKU minimum.
To visit Eichholtz beyond HPxD design days and events, Managing Director Dallas George recommends getting in touch at least an hour before to ensure all lights are on and the showroom is ready. He can be phoned or texted at: 540-577-1702.
