Rooted in nature and refined through design, Ethnicraft USA creates cozy modern furniture and objects defined by the warmth and integrity of solid wood. Balancing form and function, each piece elicits a quiet connection between people, materials, and the spaces they inhabit.

The story began in 1995 with a single shipping container. After traveling through Indonesia, co-founder Philippe Delaisse returned to Antwerp with furniture and decorative objects. There was immediate client demand. Joined by longtime friend and co-founder Benoit Loos, Ethnicraft shifted from importing to designing and producing its own collections, establishing a manufacturing base in Indonesia and a brand ethos centered on quality craftsmanship, simplicity, and innovation.

For more than two decades, designer and woodworking expert Alain van Havre has shaped Ethnicraft’s visual language. For someone to connect with a design, he believes one must bring it closer to nature.

Today, Ethnicraft’s expansive High Point headquarters is a true destination for Belgian design with American convenience. Thoughtfully conceived, the two-level, 160,000-square-foot building, combines an experiential showroom  and adjacent U.S. warehouse, allowing designers to experience the brand year-round, with most products in stock and ready to ship nationwide.
