Hosted in the home of home furnishings, High Point, NC, the two-day VRD Summit will provide business development education, valuable networking and inspiration. Presented by High Point x Design (HPxD) and High Point Market Authority, VRD Summit will take a deep dive into the role design and interior designers play in short-term rental success and bring together creatives already passionately invested and working in this design niche and others with a burning curiosity for it. Content will unpack this fascinating, fast-paced hybrid segment of design and celebrate the possibilities.
What to expect?
In a city bustling with the design-obsessed, expect two packed days of education, connection, product discovery and of course, Southern hospitality.
VRD Summit will take place at The Loft at Congdon Yards, an iconic and historic former textile mill reimagined as a meeting and multi-use event space. Located at English + Elm, The Loft is wheelchair-accessible and offers parking for Summit guests.

If you are already designing vacation rentals, you’ll glean inspiration for leveling up your services. If you’re thinking of getting into the biz, you’ll get a leg up on navigating it.
The VRD Summit agenda features a mix of presentations and panel discussions and more than 25 speakers. Topics under discussion include the business of vacation rental design, logistics and sourcing, social media tactics, designing responsibly, branding, and photography for rental properties.

VRD Summit is $299 per person. Included in the cost of registration is all the fabulous education, access to two Summit mixer events, a daily meal, swag and more.
