Founded in 1945, Sherrill Furniture blends traditional American craftsmanship and time-honored manufacturing techniques with state-of-the-art innovation to create furniture full of originality and invention. Its new three-story 100,000 sq. ft. High Point flagship is a splendid platform to view the evolution of this legacy family of brands.
Sherrill is comprised of six highly respected brands — Hickory White, Sherrill Upholstery, CTH Sherrill Occasional, Whittemore-Sherrill Leather, Motioncraft and Precedent, while also producing three high profile designer collections — Lillian August for Hickory White, Mr. & Mrs. Howard for Sherrill and Lemieux Et Cie by Christiane Lemieux for Precedent.
All of Sherrill’s upholstered product and 90% of case goods are made in the Hickory, North Carolina area, taking over 1 million square feet of manufacturing space. Mindful of sustainability, the company is committed to using certified lumber and recycled steel.
