Welcome to Broad Hall, the new High Point home for CODARUS, a luxury sales management organization representing innovative, on-trend home manufacturers. In its former life, the 20,000 square-foot historic 97-year old building is said to have served as High Point’s City Hall and town jail.

Founded in 2004 in Dallas, CODARUS visionary Cody Ables and his team man showrooms in Las Vegas, Atlanta, Laguna, Dallas and High Point – with the latter being the largest of all and accessible by appointment year round.

Known by designers and retailers for its luxury textiles from companies such as Annie Selke, Lili Alessandra, TL at Home and Abyss & Habidecor, CODARUS is also home to art, lighting, and furniture brands Moss Studio, Bobo Intriguing Objects, Case & Canvas, Azzurro Living outdoor furniture, plus it’s eponymous furniture line, CODARUS HOME, which debuted in April 2021 and will be expanding in the future.
