Hotel Shuttle Schedule
Wednesday, April 19
4:45pm Departure from six listed hotels to reception at Pandora’s Manor. Please arrive in hotel lobby 5 minutes prior to departure time.
7:00pm Departure from Pandora’s Manor to six listed hotels.
Thursday, April 20
7:30am Departure from six listed hotels to Congdon Yards. Please arrive in hotel lobby 5 minutes prior to departure time.
7:30pm Departure from reception at Codarus to all six listed hotels.
Friday, April 21
Guests may utilize the High Point Market hotel shuttles. These shuttles will drop off at Market’s Transportation Terminal on Commerce Ave between Hamilton & Wrenn Streets – where guests can either walk to Congdon Yards, or utilize the Red Line Shuttle to Stop 27 for Congdon Yards.
Airport Shuttles
**Airport Shuttle Reservations must be made by April 7, 2023.
For Summit guests flying in on Wednesday, April 19, free shuttles from Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO), Raleigh-Durham (RDU), and Charlotte-Douglas (CLT) – will be available to the six hotels listed above.

**After April 19, guests may utilize the High Point Market airport shuttles. Reservations are also required.
On-site Parking
There is limited parking on-site at Congdon Yards. The VRDS team will share more information with registered Summit guests about options and availability to park on-site.
